I am grateful for the thorough and professional service I received at Honest-1. We were in mid-trip mode but needed a routine oil change. The technicians did the complimentary 41 point inspection and pointed out to me 2 potentially catastrophic failures that needed to be addressed. The shop prioritized service on our car and a loaner was made available (since we were in town for a few days). All the work was explained and the shop even "found" discount coupons that saved us a bundle of money on the repairs. I was pleased with the work that was done.

Timely and efficient. I forgot to call and set an appointment, checked in and they got me in, no wait. Took about 45 minutes so I sat, had some cappuccino. There's a lake right across from the shop so perfect spot to walk around while you wait for your vehicle. Would recommend and go back myself 👍🏼

In the past I have always had my Honda serviced by the dealer, with the exception of oil changes. Having had 4 successful oil changes, I decided to have Honest-1 do several major 100k service maintenance items: Fuel Injector & Air Intake System Cleaning; Timing Belt with Water Pump; and Cooling System Fluid Exchange. I compared the price with the dealer prior to the work being done and realized a 25% savings in cost of repairs. Even though an issue was encountered during the service, the Service Manager resolved the issue and noted it in the print out on the service report. He explained the issue in detail and assured me there would be no residual problem. A free loaner was provided for the day. The work was completed sooner than expected. Typically, I bring my "daily driver" cars into Honest-1 for maintenance and service issues and have always come away completely satisfied. Over the past year, I have come to trust Tom, the general manager, and his staff to the point where I decided to bring in my "baby," a 1966 Ford Fairlane convertible, for some nagging problems with the front suspension. I had previously been to a number of so-called specialty shops in the area and was disappointed with the results; no one could get it right. I was pleasantly surprised that Tom was able to source the necessary parts for my vintage car and his mechanics resolved all of the issues within a short period of time and at a reasonable price.
