Very good service. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, for a oil change They are very attentive and do good work. We have been going there for a while and they do not recommend service unless you need it. They also will tell you if something needs service but will let you know if it is immediate or can wait a month or so. They do live up to their name of Honest, coffee was good too.

Hard working crew. Tom was awesome through the process with having my kids Catalytic Coverter stolen off of his vehicle. They live up to the Honest 1 name.

Honest and very professional. I'm a regular in their shop for the last 6 years. They take care of both of my cars, Yaris and Scion. On the last visit, they fixed the emergency brake on the Yaris. I had a problem with that break on the road, and I went to Toyota's official dealership in Lincoln, NE. Apparently, they did not do a good job since I was in Honest 1 for the same issue last week. They charged me only for the labor, although they initially thought they had to change some parts. So instead of $250, I only paid $71. Thank you for that.

Called and spoke with Justin about having a trailer for a wheelchair put on our vehicle. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, made good suggestions and got back to me with a quote for the work when he said he would. A few days later he installed the hitch and hooked up the trailer, then took time to show me how to use it. The entire experience was easy and stress free. Definitely 5 stars.
