THIS place and service folk " can't be beat "... being a woman repair shops can be tricky business IF you're not at Honest 1 <3 They first helped us out by saying the repair investment wasn't worth it and offered to keep their eyes open in case they came across our new to us auto. That hadn't happened. So we purchased the quite valuable VIP card, and began to hunt. VIP gave us a pre-purchase inspection that saved us from a bad investment. Finally an 2002 Avalanche was purchased. We again had used a VIP peace of mind coupon and were amazed at the extra attention given to us as we went about w/ updating the maintenance. For every Q: asked we got educated. Our repairs were not only explained but were shown to us. Peace of mind can't be bought; but this place and their integrity are like none other. TY all for your help over the past year! We'll be back.

Jenny was real flexible with scheduling, and very friendly with service. She was also knowledgeable for which product was best for my car. Definitely will have repeat service here!

I always witness teamwork and never worry that emotions at work would interfere in my auto repairs. Jenny is a blessing... so personable, always approachable and patient (believe me we ask her so many Q:s she knows her sh!t or finds us someone who can answer accurately), her smile is one we look forward to seeing each visit. I hope U "know" how valuable she is to Ur business! We've had wonderful encounters w/ all and to be treated as one of the boys (respectfully as woman) at the garage puts us at ease. I'm not finding myself defensive like I've been in the past w/ other places. Many thanks to the Assistant and Managers as we appreciate chatting w/ them. These men have never hesitated to share just what we expect in service: their expertise... Sincerely hope U all stay healthy and that Ur loved ones do too. Can't imagine being w/o ya.

My first time at Honest-1 and my experience was very good! The staff is very friendly and courteous. They informed me -after taking me to see under my car- what needed to be done and they gave options to resolve my car's issues. I feel that this people live up to their name because I felt they were honest about their services and did not try to up-sale me things I did not need. I, being a woman, was especially pleased that the assistant manager was a woman who explained things to me throughly. I would recommend this place to anyone that has car service and repair needs. Oh, look for coupons online. They are handy and generous.
