I bought a used car recently and the whole transaction completely stressed me out! I finally decided knowing what issues I might have was better than not knowing, so I brought it in to Honest-1. Everyone in the shop was really nice, and provided straight facts and frank opinions (without pressure) about what I ought to have done. For instance, it turned out the tires on the car were snow tires, so I had to get new ones (a chunk of money you don't want to lay out if you don't have to). Peter got quotes on tires for me. I was open to buying whatever made the best sense to buy (I made it clear quality was important to me), but I wasn't pushed to expensive or brand name tires. And my technician was great! (Curtis I think? I'm sorry I'm no good with names). He was SO thorough. It might have taken a bit longer than at a dealership but I would honestly take thorough over fast ANY day when it comes to what is basically the most expensive machine I own. He was so nice, and didn't miss a thing
