I love the fact that they showed me the problem first, gave a good estimate and honored that with another discount. Also the guys are very professional and funny.

Customer service was pleasant, informative, and respectful. Waiting area was clean, inviting, and comfortable and the work completed was timely. I was a bit hesitant on the brands of products used, but nothing alarming that I would specifically avoid. The price (with a coupon) was competitive with other local shops. VIP membership was offered but price seemed a bit high for services offered as compared to other local shops. My experience was positive, but not better then what I get from my regular shop and since my regular shop gives me a free car wash with every service, I'll continue to use them unless they are full.
