I have gone to Hamline-Hoyt for years and will continue to. However, it is nice to have another location closer to me. I was taken care of in a timely, friendly manner.

Went in for an oil change and check up. They told me everything that was wrong and gave me a comprehensive estimate that factored into me getting into a new car.

A+ service, never have to worry about them not being honest about what kind of work I need done on my vehicle!

They are very friendly and appear to be very up front with pricing and service needed. It would be nice if they had some financing options for some of the higher price repairs and I was told they were working on that. I like the emergency road side service they offer for free for a year with repairs/services over (I think it was) $25

Things were good as usual. Good customer service, correct diagnosis, timely repair.

The employees were very polite and efficient. Also the oil change was done quicker than at most service stations. The coffee was appreciated and there were also snack, which I did not eat this time.

The service was great! I walked in without an appointment and was seen right away. The inspection was done quickly and the quote was explained very well and easily understood. I highly recommend this auto shop.

I appreciate Honest -1's honesty and integrity. When they do notice a problem I will believe them because they haven't suggested I replace anything yet and tried to sell me service I don't want or need. They have been generous with their coupons, are consistently timely and straightforward in their review of my car and its needs. I just plain like this shop and feel they do right by me.
