By far the worst service I’ve received at a Honest One. I dropped my car off on a Friday at 2:15pm for a brake service. I was told I wasn’t going to get it until tomorrow morning. I told them I needed the car on Saturday morning because I have a trip on Monday and I needed yo pack and get ready prior to Monday. I called on Saturday at 11am and I was told it was ready and it’ll probably be done until 330pm. I arrived at 426pm to find out they are closed. Based on their hours on at the shop they were supposed to be closed at 6pm but online it says 4pm. I arrived at 745am to pick up my car. The gentleman that helped me charged me with the wrong price for a different car service. Then I got charged again without the discounted price even though there was a week long brake service sale.
Ahmed, We feel terrible about the experience. It was actually me that helped you. I was a bit flustered, grabbed the wrong ticket and billed it. Then my additional mistake was in not asking if the total on your invoice sounded accurate. I want you to know that we corrected the hours sign out front and that I am increibly embarassed for the blunder. I really hope that you can see this apology as sincere. I want to make it right wit you. I'd like to take care of your next oil change and tire rotation at my personal expense.
