I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Bad communication. We dropped off for 1 service and a diagnostic to be done. These items needed to be done by the coming weekend and an appointment was made a week in advance. Neither items were done when we came to pick up. It is very hard for us to get the car in due to work schedules, it was clear at the time the appt was made that these could be done. We asked what they would do to help us out and the owner laughed and responded with, "nothing!" I let him know I would be leaving a review and he told me he would come after me legally if I destroyed his business.
