Every time I take my car there it is running like new afterwards friendly people easy to talk to also.

Since I don't have a garage my 2011 Ford sits in the driveway. I'm driving less now (retired), and after a recen me started. I drove over to the shop and thought I would need to buy a new battery. Their inspection showed I needed a few other things done, but my three year old battery would be replaced under warranty! I've been going to HONEST 1 since they opened, and always have gotten excellent, friendly service.

Called and was quoted around 300 dollars for a coolant thermostat replacement was told this would be a same day repair, I get there and one gentleman was very agressive about me doing their diagnostic as "auto zone are idiots" I agree to the diagnostic and was told multiple issues were actually going on every thing from seeping seals, to tie rod ends needing replaced 100 percent, to a ruined oil filter housing(358.00) hard to belive a seal is this expensive. Long story short parts are over priced what went to be a 300 to 500 dollar fix jumped up to a almost 2k dollar repair. My car was kept over night no call to be told it would be kept over night I was told same day which resulted in me also needing a rental car for an additional day with another fee. Very unprofessional I will not be using them in the future.

Very dishonest. He promised me a diagnosis of my car. Say it's $168. I end up paying $400 and they couldn't give me a reason what's wrong with my car. I feel he cheated me and it's fraud to charge for a service I did not received.

Fast help in an emergency. Got me back on the road right away.

Got my car straightened out for me after I put coilovers on it. Brought it to Goodyear first and they said they couldn't get it all the way. Honest 1 took care of it with no issues.
