Great service, didn’t feel pushed aside from the general sales technique expected to have their shop make the repair which I respect. May vary by location but worked with Eric G & tech Sia Vang worked on my car. I asked they only do a specific service on a coolant leak and they identified the problem and kept costs as low as possible. Truly are honest as the name suggests & would recommend any service as many mechanics are dishonest.

Honest-1 is awesome. I brought in a three week old new to me vehicle. The dealership, in another state, was a pain to deal with. (Never buy from Willis Auto in Clive, Iowa) Shawn and Eric were focused on me as a customer, were very patient as the dealership wanted to know every detail and the salesperson was very rude to them. Communication was great, car is fixed and Honest-1 has a new customer.

Overall decent, didn't try to rip me off when assessing my brakes and battery. Had some newer staff who dumped the transmission before checking which type was needed, and wouldn't pick up the fluid when they realized they didn't have the right type. Had to pick up the fluid myself and wait until Monday to get my vehicle back.

Called them and they were able to get me in the same day. Brought car in for wheel alignment. Took about an hour and got my car back. Satisfied with the speed. I thought it was standard practice to give someone their before and after alignment adjustments but I didn't get it. Went back in to ask and the guy that worked on my car must've been having a bad day and said with an attitude "No, you need to ask for that before we do it." Oh well.

So far my jeep has been there for an a/c compressor replacement. They quoted me 2 hours. It is now staying overnight which is incredibly frustrating since I have no vehicle to do my everyday job. When I get my vehicle back I'm taking to my brother who is a Master mechanic and will go over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb. If I find anything broke that wasn't beforehand my brother will know. They also came back with 5 "suggestions" of other work that needs to be done and every quote for all 5 items each was quoted at or $1000 each. If things go sideways and my price jumps from the last quote they can expect an investigation from news sources that specialise in sham garage work and quotes. We will see tomorrow.....more to come. Well I'm happy to say I think everything is going to alright. They even gave me a ride home when they said it was going to take longer than they thought and even are coming to pick me up. I would say that's very good service. Thanks guys and gals.
