Besides the lady at the counter trying to force me to get a service that I did not want to pay upfront at the time . It’s ironic how you think it’s best as if you are helping me pay for it ! It’s a way to get your point across without making someone feel like this is what you NEED to do. Etc.. however the problem I had with my car was fixed so I’m okay with that.

Sean is my best friend and I trust his recommendations for my vehicles. I drive up from Chippewa Falls, Wi to this shop for his help AND he is my go to for tires since 2018. (And I'm even a GM of an auto parts store here, lol). He understands my concerns for safety for my family, and isn't just out to make a sale. He is patient with my dumb questions and explains to help me learn. He even understands my wanting to fix and old vehicle, that most consider junk, but works with me because I'm trying to learn how to do more repairs myself. Peter is always interesting and fun to talk with when I'm there and I learn things in our conversations. Tony, the new service writer, was also nice to work with. I have already referred friends of mine that live in the cities, to Sean. He is a PHENOMENAL manager and definitely cares about his customers.
