Hello, they were upfront with about pricing and took time to explain things. The alignment that they performed was ok, although I felt that the steering wheel could have been straightened out more. Overall a good experience. John blatz

I will definitely be returning to Honest-1 Auto Care for my future car needs. They guarantee their work for up to 3 years which is the best I have ever seen from an Auto Care place :) There were no hidden costs and everyone was super nice and accommodating.

lady that works at the desk is rude, will look down on you and roll her eyes everytime! i already knew what was wrong with my car and I came to see if they are really "honest". They instead quoted me $4k for a new cat, they will charge you to fix something unnecessary. to really see if they are honest, they are not! bad customer service, go somewhere else! they will take your money

Besides the lady at the counter trying to force me to get a service that I did not want to pay upfront at the time . It’s ironic how you think it’s best as if you are helping me pay for it ! It’s a way to get your point across without making someone feel like this is what you NEED to do. Etc.. however the problem I had with my car was fixed so I’m okay with that.

Great quick, fast, good service. I wish they would stop talking about customer problems from the shop and office. You can here them from the waiting room
