I was very impressed with Jenny. She kept me up to date with the repair and answered all my questions. Very pleasant to deal with....I hope I don't need your services anytime soon but I would feel very comfortable and confident doing business with you again.

Service was good and they identified problems and potential issues I could have. However, the quote/eatimates they gave for fixing the issues were a little higher than normal. A few other friends confirmed the same about higher quotes.

I moved here from Virginia on a Thursday. 1200 mile drive. When I get here, I notice I have a problem. Googled "repair shop" and the name stood out. The plethora of great reviews made me feel at ease coming here. Mind you, I know nothing about this area. This is my only source of transportation. I have a car full of belongings I need to take to my new apartment to move into. No worries--Honest 1 went out of their way to give me a loaner. I might have gotten a bit lucky because it's a first-come first-serve sort of thing. Nonetheless, they let me keep the loaner overnight. This concept of a local non-dealer repair shop giving out loaners is an outlandish thought where I come from. I'd be laughed at if I asked my regular mechanic of 20 years for a loaner. For that, and for making my weekend productive and not a total waste, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. The staff--every single one of them--are about as courteous as one can be. We were there for a couple of hours, they offer complimentary chips/pretzels and water/coffee. Another sign they care about the customers. Now, on to the service. My car is 18 years old, and until this week, has run like a charm. Never an issue--I'm overprotective of my car and take care of it better than most. Now, my baby is running perfectly once again thanks to the amazing group of people at Honest-1. Suffice to say, as a new resident of Minnesota, I know my car is in good hands. I will not be going anyplace else. Honest-1 is my go-to shop for everything car related. Thanks again!

Fastest oil change I’ve ever gotten. They left a flower in my car which was so sweet (Sweetest Day?). Snacks and hot cocoa were a nice perk too ;)

A tow truck was arranged for my non-starting van to be brought in. The trouble was diagnosed very soon after it was brought in and fixed.
