Brought my car in for tire repair. Low and behold the service tech calls to inform me that my other front tire has 2 nails in the sidewall and is beyond repair. So I agree to let them 'replace' it. Walk back there from work only to find out they don't even have a tire and it wouldn't be delivered until the next day. This information may have proved helpful before I gave them permission to dick me around. Short story even longer I ended up paying almost $230 for one tire and now both of my front tires are losing air constantly. Neither of them were balanced when I drove away from this joint. Sidenote: I miss my dad who was clearly the only honest mechanic I'll ever know.

The staff was great and thorough. The only hiccup is that the online reservation system never recorded my appointment, so had to wait to get oil change done.
They need to be more organized with their scheduling it seems. If people schedule online, the online system should reflect both call schedules and online and in person schedules. There should be one calendar. There were 4 other people booked for my time slot. Luckily no on else showed up so i got in. I am pretty sure i clicked that i prefer to be emailed and not called. Still they called. I couldnt answer because i was working. I could look at an email though. I was told that i had been rescheduled for thursday wven though i got no email telling me that. I only got a confirmation email saying i could come in that day at 5 like i requested. Still everyone waa kind and things were efficient enough. I was still treated well it just sounds like you guys need someone more tech savvy who knows how to schedule, maybe can fix your online scheduler and pays attention to details like how people prefer to be contacted.
