They were quick and didn't feel ripped off. Loved that they had a loaner available. I was in and out for drop off and pick up quickly. They communicated timely.

I was Honestly pleased with Honest-1. We had not found a place to take our cars after moving but AAA needed to tow our car and highly recommended Honest-1. How could we not trust them? And we did! It is close to our home, has a nice area with chairs, coffees, etc. and everyone we talked to and met were so helpful and made it so I understood what they were saying. :/ We WILL go back in a heartbeat. I have been coming to Honest 1 Auto Care for almost 3 years now and I have always had a wonderful experience. They are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and have gone above and beyond wonderful service.

Very courteous and professional. They fit me in when I had an emergency. Everything was taken care of promptly and all the procedures were explained in plain English. The waiting area is very clean and has nice amenities, including a play area for children. I highly recommend Honest-1!

Knowledgeble service without pressuring me into anything I didn't need or understand. Did a great job of explaining what they saw going on with my car.

Quick processing to get in, good explanation of different oil and why one car will need it and the other car doesn't, good play area for our son, quick turn around, and estimate for needed work.
