I appreciate the care and attention that I receive at Honest 1 Auto Care in Roseville. I drive out of my way to have my vehicle taken care of there - friendly service people with no-nonsense information. That works for me!

Honest 1 on Lexington in Roseville really lives up to their name. I am always amazed at the customer service rendered to me, sometimes i get to call them last minute but they work with my schedule and are professionals who know what they are talking about. All my family vehicles are taken care of very well and i love that. I would recommend Honest 1 to anyone looking around for a grounded place that they can call home for their family vehicles.

I was extremely impressed by the work that this shop did on two of my vehicles. I needed to have the power steering system repaired, and they did that well and for a fair price. Then they let me know that I had never had the timing belt replaced—and it was about 60,000 miles overdue for that. That was an expensive repair, but I trusted them that it needed to be done--and they did it well. The other car had a muffler issue--and a big company told me that it would be over $1,200 to fix. I asked Honest-1 about it, and they said they could do a bit of rigamarole and repair it for $400--and it's run quietly ever sense (that was six months ago). That car back in the shop with an unrelated problem, but I really do trust that these guys are going to do this job as cost-efficiently as possible. In short, they do good work for a good price, and they are very friendly and personable. They'll talk through the issues with you and do what they can to make your needed repairs possible.

They got me in for an oil change on short notice, did great work in a short amount of time, and recommended an additional service that I'll need on my next visit.

Waaaaaaaaaaaay overpriced.

I give honest-1 a rating 2* because when i brought my Buick in with a blown head gasg tthey not only changed the head . gasge t they changed the spark plugs as well ( AN EXTRA $144 CHARGE} My car has always started just fine w ithout a new set of $144 sparp plugs. I will be sure to get a second estimate before i will return to Honest-1 .I see no correlation between a leaky head gasget and a se of new spark plugs . Do You? .

I have not got any work done from them so this review is not about quality of work. They charge a lot for the services. I inquired about spark plug replacement for my 4 cylinder 2005 camry. They said it will be 250$. Toyota authorized dealership gave me a quote of 165$ (parts and labor included). So Honest 1 was asking me 100$ more than even the dealership. It would be a good idea to get quote from somewhere else before going there (even if you like the place). I know every place has their own hourly rate but I did not expect this.

Great place for car maintenance and repair. Fast, friendly, expert service. Nice waiting area with beverages and snacks. Willing to plan out upcoming repairs according to your budget, no pressure. Get their coupon book for additional savings.
