My service advisor and technician did an excellent job. Their advice saved me from a lot of frustration and saved me a lot of money. I will definitely vouch for their honesty and integrity and their willingness to go the extra mile to help the customer get great service! I will definitely refer others to them.

Tim was absolutely fanominal with assisting me with my heater to my car problem. Justin was just as great as Tim.

Brought in our van for an oil change, (free with coupon) tire rotation, and asked them to address a low tire I was worried about. They dismissed and ignored my request because immediately after leaving (and picking up my kids) the tire was flat and still in the same position. They had not rotated my tires which was on my receipt and let me leave with an unsafe tire on the car. They had not bothered to ask where the lug nut key was (it was where the manufacturer stores it) so they had never even touched the tires. They did replace the tire because at the time they said "there is no way to know" if it was because they had no addressed it earlier or not. Now they are claiming it was a manufacturer defect but tires were still under warranty and could have been returned. I was also supposed to receive a "comprehensive vehicle inspection" per my receipt when I returned to have the tire replaced. It was so comprehensive that they missed a head light that was out (they claim it must have happened in the 12 hours between leaving and discovery.) I will never bring another vehicle to Honest-1 and neither should you.

It was so comprehensive that the front head light was out and they missed it. I will NEVER bring another vehicle there and you shouldn’t either.

I went there for an oil change and maintenance check. Although they did change the oil in a timely manner, I thought their quote for repair from the maintenance inspection was ridiculous--charging 1/2 hour to change the rear high mount brake light? That takes about half a minute. Changing the spark plugs for $525? It takes only about 15 minutes not 3 hours. There were much more repairs suggested with also over-quote cost repair. To be fair, a lot of auto shop have outrageous quotes, but the tire inspection was just awful. All my tires are obviously not inflated to the correct pressure. The tires was reported rotated as well, but then my car started experiencing vibration when exceeding 65 mph. However, they claim everything was fine. They should change the shop to Dishonest-1 Auto Shop instead.

Very good customer service experience. Was a little disappointed that they did not quote me the right price initially, but they did appear to do a good job within the time frame we discussed and they were able to get me in on short notice.

Great customer service! They were able to fit me in during a busy day. They walked me through what they were doing and gave feedback to what was needed and what maintenance should be done in the future. Very friendly staff.

Prompt in providing service. I felt tension among the front desk staff. One of the 3 employees appeared to be doing more work than the other 2 put together.
