I came in because I thought I needed a new battery. I really appreciated that after my car was checked I was told that I did not need a new battery after all, rather than being charged for one anyway. This means a lot to me because I have had very bad experiences with dishonesty from the mechanics at the Exxon in Shoreview and them getting new parts and charging me for them when they were not the problem with my car. This mattered a lot to me because I came to Honest-1 seeking honest and reliable service and mechanics, after giving up on my old mechanic. Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back because of this important issue.

I loved bringing my car to Honest-1 for service. I am familiar with the type of service they provide knowing the owner of the company, Peter, and having the company as a customer of ours where I worked. I asked about more service to my car because of the high miles I have on my car. I left it there for service on some things that needed attention to soon. Convenient, right across from my apartment.
