thanks for the personal service in helping me "reset" my 105k mile Subaru for the next many-thousand miles. I'm still having trouble with the check-engine-light, but I don't hold you at fault for replacing parts that P1443 seems to easily point towards.

I needed to do some fairly extensive repairs on my Ford Escape recently, including a front left tie rod, struts, and some engine work. The staff at Honest-1 gave me an honest assessment of all required work, my options for repair, as well as a prioritized timeline for which items I should focus on in which order, in case I did not want to/or was not able to do do all the repairs at once. They worked with me to create a repair and payment plan that worked for me, and gave me a ride home while I waited for those repairs to be made. They also went above and beyond in assisting me with finding a used tire and in negotating with a previous shop that had changed my oil and caused some expensive damage to my oil pan. I was so pleased, I took them cookies. As always, a great job!
