Would have been excellent other than inspection missed the fact that the right front brake pad was down to 1/16". Perhaps that was not part of the normal inspection. Otherwise everyone was very courteous and other important inspection results were noted.

Far as i know this oil change is fine.

The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars was the time involved. I was quoted one hour for an oil change and it actually was closer to 2. Not a problem that particular day but if I had needed to be somewhere that would have been quite difficult. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service!

Needed new brake pads and rotors. You guys were recommended by my neighbor. As far as I am concerned you are our new place for car repair. Thanks and keep up the good work. It's nice to not be hustled or mislead when it comes to repairs and service.

Although you couldn't get my car to repeat the issue I brought it in for, your team worked diligently to diagnose the problem. I was charged a reasonable amount for diagnostics, but was not sold repairs I didn't need or taken advantage of in any way. When I have another problem, this is where I'll come... to " my shop", where I feel they are trustworthy and honest! Thank you!

this was my first time bringing my car to honest 1. i went there because my alternator died on sunday and i needed my car on tuesday and i was not confident my usual place would be able to do the work on monday. my friend highly recommended honest 1. i am glad she did. i dropped my car off sunday evening and talked to them right away monday morning. they called with an estimate just two hours later and said they could have it fixed within a couple hours. i needed the car the next day so i didnt have time to shop around. they fixed it on time. after it was done i called my regular guy to compare price and i was so pleased to hear almost the exact amount. i was impressed by how quickly honest 1 looked at and was able to fix it and impressed by the fair pricing. i will absolutely go back and have already recommended them to others.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They do a great job and get my car done in the time frame that they gave me.
