I have always had great experiences with the mechanics at Honest-1. Loyal customer here!

Diagnosis of problem was quick, however the lack of a special tool kept my car at the shop longer than anticipated. Not a huge deal as they were able to communicate with me the progress that was being made and my car was eventually fixed with no added costs so I am overall happy with the service that I received. I am surprised that a loner car was not offered as my car was there for over 2 days.

Our '98 Saturn has been entrusted to Honest-1 since the previous owner - probably 8-10 years, for almost 100000 miles. The car has been meticulously maintained and issues have been honestly addressed, Necessary repairs have been done, tires replaced when needed, and oil changes have been done religiously - the result has been peace of mind knowing that Honest 1 is taking care of us and our car. As an example, we had a dead battery at the airport last winter and the car was towed in free of charge - now that's service! Thanks, guys, for all your good work!

I have been going to Honest 1 in Roseville for a couple of years now. I have always received the facts of what was wrong with my vehicles and they have taken into account how much I am willing to spend based on the age and value of my car/truck. This last issue that I had I was thinking I would be spending $3-400 dollars on, but they informed me the issue was covered under warranty from previous work they had done due to a defective part. I would highly recommend the Honest 1 dealer in Roseville to anyone.
