Came in for my oil change appointment and got in immediately. Friendly staff. Quick service. But the thing that totally amazed me was a conversation I overheard where a caller was trying to reach an Honest-1 employee because she was in an emergency situation. Billy and the other front desk man went over and above to help that woman find her brother who worked at one of your other locations. Fine, fine men! Warmed my heart!!!

I have been a regular customer for several years for oil changes and big car projects. They have an excellent customer service, very clear information and you pay for an excellent work. I really trust them for any major project. They do not have the cheapest price but they do an excelent job with our cars, their prices match the quality of their work. Also they offer ride to work if you want to drop off your car during the day.

I like how the guys educate me on my vehicle's health and needs. They were very patience with me and I like how they explain what each part means.

Appreciate the honest and friendly service provided by Honest-1. They have excellent technicians who are able to diagnose the exact problems, and only provide the services that are necessary for repair. Cannot say that for other places I have been! Will continue to have my car serviced at Honest-1 locations.
