Ryan was great! From diagnosis to payment his explanations were good, understandable and rapid which ended with an installation of front brakes on my Cadillac in record time. Having forgot my coupon for $50 off, he honored it anyway.

I went in for an oil change and was early for my appointment. Since it wasn't crazy busy they pulled it and was done before my initial appointment was scheduled, awesome! Mr. Punch is great and very customer informationally focused. Ryan was great as always. I'm not sure names of the technicians but overheard them troubleshooting with Ryan over the phone with a customer, the critical versus major fixes from a safety standpoint. Great communication as used cars today can have potential sticker shock keepin up with maintenance. If only more shops had a standard of operating as Honest-1 does, there would less screw job shops to research and avoid.

Honest 1 keeps it's promises. On time, reasonable price, tell the truth, gives me the facts and options of what needs to be done.

Had what I needed taken care of. I wasn't pressured to have anything extra done, but they gave me a quote for a service that they would recommend. Friendly and knowledgable staff.

The service was wonderful. First of all getting the appointment was easy and quick and Mike was very healpfull. I guess that's the very reason I bring my business.

Always very good at explaining what is wrong, why or how it happened, and what needs to happen. If they find other issues they are very good about explaining the potential problems and seem to be honest about how urgent it needs to be repaired. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating, even applying coupons before being asked or offered. Their prices seem to be fair and have never had a problem with their work.

Came in for my oil change appointment and got in immediately. Friendly staff. Quick service. But the thing that totally amazed me was a conversation I overheard where a caller was trying to reach an Honest-1 employee because she was in an emergency situation. Billy and the other front desk man went over and above to help that woman find her brother who worked at one of your other locations. Fine, fine men! Warmed my heart!!!
