They agreed to complete my oil change without an appointment. The work was completed in a timely manner and they gave me a recommended service item to take care of later. They also gave me some "free advice" on some issues with my other car.

The work, as always, was professionally done. My only criticism is that although I had made an appointment in advance for an oil change I had to wait for an air filter to be shipped in. Then there was an additional wait because the tires hadn't been rotated as requested. This is not typical of Honest One and I have written it off as an anomaly.
