Good Job Honest 1 . Very happy with your work.

As always an excellent job. However There is no indication on my receipt that all the fluid levels were checked. I thought for sure I would have needed a change of anti freeze for the coming winter months. If it was looked at and deemed to be OK there is no indication as such.

I was only disappointed with the fact that the service took longer than I thought it should based on earlier promises that were made to me regarding the service. When it was said and done it worked out fine and I was pleased with the result.

2 days after I had an oil change, my dashboard light indicated tire pressure is low and I found one was at 25 lbs today. I assume you checked the tire pressure on all tires? Otherwise service was very good.

Honest A-1 does good work but can be pricey for day to day items.

Battery problem, gave me a loaner while they diagnosed, called me with results & quote, replaced battery, called me when done. Excellent customer service, free loaner. Would give them higher rating if desk guy would have remembered to email quote for another repair job. I liked the guy's attitude, answered my questions, polite. They could have said it was alternator, or other parts related to starting truck, but they didn't. Will try them again for next repair.

My car had a significant problem. I wasn't happy about the rather expensive repair but Honest 1 gave me options and I felt they were not being dishonest. The car is now running better than ever. I will definitely go back to them.

Both my husband and I had service done there within a few day period. Everyone was very nice & honest (we didn't really need new brakes!!!)...and accomodating in helping get my husband off to work quickly when we had a Monday morning dead car. Thanks to all!
