Accommodated me with my sons car.

I thought their service was very good. I had to wait and extra day because of the wrong part being delivered, but other than that no problems.

It was phenomenal to be able to walk in, receive automatic service, and move on down the road in far less time than I anticipated. The customer service was awesome, as if they new me for a long time. Will recommend Honest-1 Autocare to all the staff I work with, and friends I pal around with. Kudos gentleman, you surpassed my expectations of what I was looking for when I rolled into your drive.

I brought my vehicle in because of a loud engine noise and excessive exhaust on start -up. The mechanics at Honest-1, took the time to ask some very specific questions when I arrived, then took my vehicle for a test-drive and finally a thorough inspection. Afterwards the mechanic took the time to sit with me and discuss in detail what was possibly going on. The time spent with me, the investigation of my vehicle, the detailed explanation I received, went above an beyond the normal expectation. I needed to know and understand and the mechanic was able to give me this knowledge in such a way that I feel confident and secure and have trust for Honest-1.

The employees are friendly. Explained what I needed for my car. Did the work in the amount of time they stated. It's close to home. Free internet.

I'm happy with my visit. Altho, a friendly suggestion. You have a good automated system for alerting customers to recommended work that needs to be done. Your systems should find a way to alert the desk when the needed parts are not available. My work was diagnosed on Monday, I set up appt for Wednesday, even though I was told the needed part would be in on Tuesday. When I arrived on Wednesday, the part was NOT in. I don't drive very far, and left to run a few errands while they went to get the part. So, it wasn't a big deal. So, I'm just making a suggestion to how you could make your service even better.
